  3. Set up a more specific 3 year plan
  4. Quantify the 3 year plan and make it measurable
  5. Break the 3 year plan into annual plans
  6. Focus on the most recent annual plan and work out the details
  7. Break the annual plan into quarterly plans
  8. Based on the most recent quarterly plan, make monthly plans
  9. Then lay out weekly plans
