Record of Habits – Update by 7:30 am on Jul 31, 2013

My 28th weekly update on the performance of my habits. For the week of Jul 22-28.

I am still struggling through my journey. I worked very hard on my weight loss and it’s moving forward after being stuck for 3 weeks ( I lost 3lbs this week!). I am making progress to a perfect week – only missing 1 day for waking up at 5am and missing writing 2 blog posts.

For those of you who have no idea what is going on here, I post the track record of my habits weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
