My 2nd weekly update on the performance of my habits.
I will post the record weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- I was trying very hard to get a perfect week – what I mean is not to miss any of habit for any day during the week and there was definitely an improvement on that.
- I continued okay for the second week on 3 of 5 habits – by achieving a perfect week.
- I missed 1 day from “Run the Stairs” as I actually forgot to do it on Sunday as I was working very hard on my blog posts, however no more excuses, I set up an alarm at 8 am every morning to remind me to run the stairs. My competition to myself went very well up to Friday and I think now it reached my limit (without improving my whole body situation). I am shooting for a perfect week next week.
- I missed 1 day from “Wake up at 5 am”. Believe or not, there was actually a technique problem. You know I use snooze sometimes to sleep a little longer, but one morning, I unconsciously pressed cancellation on my phone instead of snooze. Oops…therefore, from now on, no more snooze, get straightly up!
