My 15th weekly update on the performance of my habits.
For those of you who have no idea what is going on here, I post the track record of my habits weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- There was no major achievement on my habits, but my weight loss was doing well.
- I missed: 2 days for getting up at 5am, 1 day for daily plan and 1 day for exercises
- It is apparently a week of slacking. I will need to work harder in this coming week
- No new habit added and no revise of this week, but I am thinking to add one more about article writing. The ETA is not decided yet though
