My 27th weekly update on the performance of my habits. For the week of Jul 15-21.
After skipping for one whole week, I am back to my schedule, however my weight loss is stuck and I am not making any progress to shoot for a perfect week, so I decide to try a different routine and hope that will help me along.
For those of you who have no idea what is going on here, I post the track record of my habits weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits.
