My 3rd weekly update on the performance of my habits.
I will post the record weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- My very first PERFECT WEEK – did not miss any habit on any day. Big Kudos to myself!!!
- Even though there was quite a few distractions to my daily life occurring this week – my son was off school for 2 days and my parents came over from China to visit us, I was able to manage everything well. At the same time, I feel the habits becoming more automatic and I am dealing with less struggling.
- Midnight stair running is a little tough (life is busier during this week), so I made the running a little easier for myself by not counting the time. This makes me think to plan things a little better so that I do not have to run into this embarrassing situation in the future.
- I added a new habit – to write total 4 blog posts every week to this blog and my another blog, www.createvalueshare.com. starting from this week. I started this journey with building up a healthy body and next step I plan to work hard to build up more income stream by working on the Internet. This week is for testing only and I got 3 out of 4 post done.
