My 7th weekly update on the performance of my habits.
I will post the record weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- My second PERFECT week ever since the new habit about blog post writing is added. Kudos to myself. My parents are still in Canada visiting me and I adjust my schedule very well even with considering spending more time with them. Good job!
- I almost missed 1 days on abs exercise, but still manage to handle it around midnight. To learn from it, I should plan better and avoid putting myself into the bad situation.
- My test on planning everyday is not going very well and I only manage to make a plan for next day in 3 of the days this week.
- In order to improve myself further, I decide to add the new habit of daily plan, so starting from this coming week, I will have total 7 habits to work on. I will do my best to shoot for another perfect week.
