My 8th weekly update on the performance of my habits.
I post the record weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- No major achievement done this week and I did not work hard enough towards a PERFECT week. As my parents are wrapping up their visit by Wednesday after their 6 week stay, I hope things can be improved. My son will start his 2 week March break starting from next Monday, so I will need to plan ahead to adjust my schedule according.
- I missed 2 days on getting up at 5 am, so this habit so far has been the hardest one to follow for me as I missed 9 days in the previous 8 weeks. I really need to work harder on this one in the future.
- My test on planning everyday is still not going smoothly and I only manage to make a plan for next day in 2 of the days this week, however I decide to add this as a new habit starting from next week to make my schedule and habits more streamlined.
- With the delay mentioned above, I decide to add the new habit of daily plan starting from this coming week, I will have total 7 habits to work on starting from next Monday.
