My 9th weekly update on the performance of my habits.
I post the record weekly and summarize the achievements and major obstacles occurred during the week and also give brief explanation when adding new habits and/or revising old habits. If you have any questions or want me to add more details, please let me know. Your comments are most welcome!
Summary for this week:
- Again it’s very close to a PERFECT week. My parents left Canada on last Wednesday and a my schedule is back to normal. Things have been improved. My son is starting his 2 week March break starting from today. I planned proactively in order to have some work done. Hopefully because of my plan, I can work a little over 4 hours in next two weeks.
- I missed 1 day on running stair and 1 day on waking up at 5am. Even though I tried my best to keep my schedule, sometimes to catch up my plan, I have to work a little longer by staying up late. This is the major reason of waking up late in the morning.
- Again my test on planning everyday is still not going smoothly and I only manage to “make a plan for next day” in 3 of the days this week. Like I planned from last week, I will add this planning habit starting from today.
- I will have total 7 habits to work on starting from today. I definitely need to work harder, but I believe I can do it.
